Acceptable but Flawed
costly spa missing information
The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety.
This hotel claims to have a spa and swimming pool, but this is NOT true! The spa costs extra per day. There was also a lack of information in the rooms, with no phone to reception or shuttle bus times listed.

inconsistent service and room issues
confused staff old furniture
the breakfast offered good value considering what i paid.
The staff seemed confused. I had to repeat my room number multiple times when ordering drinks at dinner.. it felt very inconvenient since they'd already confirmed my details when i ordered. the room lacked a refrigerator and the furniture looked quite old.

decent stay with some issues
inattentive staff cold food
the room was comfortable enough and kept tidy.
i was really disappointed with some aspects. the bar staff were often too busy with their phones. food in the restaurant wasn't hot enough and the plates piled up because they weren't cleared quickly (it was a bit unpleasant).

good value short walk
the breakfast offered good value. i found the location great with only a short walk to bars and restaurants.
some furniture seemed dated, such as one sofa missing a leg.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted
outdated furniture poorly maintained elevators
The furniture felt dated , like it belonged in the early 80s. The bed was too firm for my liking , and the shower needed updating. Also , the elevators seemed poorly maintained and dirty . I felt unsafe using them.
